  • The product is in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as received.
  • All original tags and labels must remain intact and attached.

2. The Return Process

  2. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the specific return instructions and the authorized facility address.
  3. Securely pack your items and ship the package using a trackable shipping service.

3. Shipping Costs

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, Brubio will cover 100% of the return shipping costs. Please provide photos in your initial email.

Change of Mind: For all other returns (e.g., style preference or incorrect size ordered), the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected at our authorized facility, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
